Eric McCrady
Managing Director & CEO

Eric McCrady has over 15 years of entrepreneurial experience including over six years with The Broe Group, a Denver-based private investment firm.  He has an extensive track record in mergers and acquisitions, joint-ventures, IPOs, privatisation transactions and senior and mezzanine debt transactions.

Cathy Anderson
Chief Financial Officer

Cathy is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with over 25 years of experience with companies such as Key Production (predecessor of Cimarex), OptiGas and Arthur Andersen. Cathy brings extensive experience in budgeting and forecasting, regulatory reporting, corporate controls and financial analysis. She has formerly held senior positions at OptiGas, TeleTech and Key Production.

Keith D Kress
Vice President Operations

Keith joined the executive team in October of 2017. He has over 20 years of varied engineering and management experience in the oil and gas industry with his most recent position being with GMT Exploration, LLC as the VP Engineering and Operations Development. He previously held senior level positions with Great Western Oil and Gas, LLC, Optigas, Inc. and EnCana. His experience encompasses engineering, operations, asset development, and regulatory management. Keith has enjoyed a successful track record of building and ultimately monetizing assets in a variety of basins.

Trina Medina
Vice President, Reservoir Engineering

Trina was appointed VP of Reservoir Engineering in September 2015.  Trina has over 20 years of broad reservoir engineering experience focused across conventional, unconventional and secondary recovery evaluation and development projects, including corporate reserves with companies such as Newfield Stone Energy Corp, PDVSA (PDVSA E&P).  Trina is a member and reviewer for SPEE. 

John Roberts
VP Finance & Investor Relations
John has over 12 years of principal investing experience, predominantly focused on the energy sector. Most recently he was Senior Vice President in charge of The Noble Group’s principal energy investments and a member of Harbour Energy’s management committee. He previously worked at GE Capital’s energy investing group and Stone Tower Capital, a middle market private equity fund. He holds an MBA from The University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School.
Mike Wolfe
Vice President Land

Mike has over 30 years of senior land experience in the oil and gas industry with leading companies such as Cimarex and Texaco.  His experience encompasses all areas of land management including field leasing, title, lease records, and management of multi-rig drilling programs.
